Free pre-application: This page is a free pre-application. It is not an offer; sending an application does not create a contract.
No guarantee: Sponsorship does not guarantee any views, clicks, visitors or revenue.
Content and rights: The sponsor confirms that the texts, logos, images and information it provides are accurate and lawful and that it holds all necessary rights, and is responsible for third-party claims.
Logo licence: For the duration of the sponsorship, the sponsor grants GIGO a non-exclusive, free, non-transferable licence to use its logo and materials on heygigo.app, the apps and GIGO social media to show the sponsorship.
Rejection / removal: GIGO may reject an application without giving reasons and may remove non-compliant content.
Alcohol: Alcohol brands are not accepted as sponsors. Sponsorships backed by alcohol producers, importers or marketers are not accepted. Drink prices, happy hours, drink deals, cocktail images and alcohol brand logos are not allowed in venue sponsorships.
Other restrictions: No misleading, discriminatory or indecent content; no gambling/betting; no content targeting under-18s.
Governing law: Turkish law. The Turkish text prevails.
